How can I help you…?
As a Health & Wellbeing Coach specialising in loss and grief, my role is to support you in identifying and developing your own unique set of tools and strategies, as well as exploring how and when you might use them to your optimal advantage so that you are able to look after your own wellbeing as well as support those you love and care for during challenging times.

What coaching is NOT…
Coaching is not counselling or therapy. A coach does not work with “clinical” disorders. Grief is NOT usually a clinical disorder. Most people find their way. Emotions are not “clinical”. Relationships are not “clinical”. Only 10-15% develop Prolonged Grief Disorder (which IS clinical and needs to be referred to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist).

What’s with the jigsaw puzzle metaphor?
Your world has literally been smashed apart. It no longer looks or feels the same as it once did. And sadly, it never will. As you rebuild your life, you’ll come across those pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that now help you to navigate and make sense of your new world. Some pieces you might brush off and re-salvage, but in reality you’ll likely be working with new pieces, they may look similar yet appear a little different. They may also be totally new and look and feel completely alien. You might wonder how they fit in to this new puzzle you are forced to rebuild.
