How can I help you…?
My role is to support you in identifying and developing your own unique set of tools and strategies, as well as exploring how and when you might use them to your optimal advantage so that you are able to look after your own wellbeing as well as support those you love and care for during challenging times.
Loss and grief health & wellbeing coaching can be one-on-one or in small group setting, either in-person or virtually via zoom.
