What Works for Wellbeing at End of Life

What an amazing project, and one I am super excited about. Sometimes it feels like a bit of a lonely road when you have an idea or vision, but not real sure if it’s a “thing”.

For me, this gives me the courage and confidence that I am on the right track. My passion for working with people who have a terminal diagnosis, that want to live their best possible lives with the challenges they are faced with, and supporting the caregivers and supporters of those people is what keeps me going.

I finally am starting to see a clearer picture of how my Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, my current study with PreKure Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Coaching, my End of Life Doula training, my study in Thanatology (death, dying and bereavement) and my work with Dr Lucy Hone and the Coping With Loss Community is all coming together in a beautiful, useful and meaningful way…

Check out what has me super excited here.
